Feedback Form Script with CAPTCHA Demo

Error Page

As you probably already know, this is the Error page, displayed by the script when you attempt to submit the feedback form without completing a required field, or if you failed the CAPTCHA test.

(You can configure this in the Wizard if you don't like the behaviour.)

On your own website, in a real feedback form, you should put an error message and recommend that your visitors hit the BACK button and complete the missing information.

If you don't know what to write for your Error page, you may use the following text:

There were errors in the form that you submitted. You've either forgotten to enter a required field, like your name, email address or your message, or you may have completed the "I am not a robot" verification test wrongly. Click the 'Back' button on your browser to return to the form to fix the error.

If you're satisfied with testing the script, you can visit's Free Feedback Form Script Wizard to create your own customized feedback form for your site.

If you still want to test the script, click here to return to the demo.
