Error Page
As you probably already know, this is the Error page, displayed by the script when you attempt to submit the feedback form without completing a required field. In the feedback form, the "Name" and "Email Address" fields are all required.
(You can configure this in the Wizard if you don't like the behaviour.)
On your own website, in a real feedback form, you should put an error message and recommend that your visitors hit the BACK button and complete the missing information.
